Everyone lives for summer in Seattle and unfortunately for us, we moved at the tail end of the season. Knowing that we had about five weeks before rainy season commenced, we set out to conquer Blanca Lake almost immediately. Top Pot Doughnuts
Artisan donuts are all the rage these days it seems. With multiple locations throughout Seattle (and a strong following) the clear go-to donut shop is Top Pot Doughnuts. I have been putting off giving them a try in fear of liking them too much and enjoying them too often. I will admit…they are delicious. Thank goodness, donuts aren’t my vice. We sampled six flavors including pumpkin glaze, chocolate glaze, apple fritter, Bavarian creme, strawberry sprinkles, and coffee roll. Brunch at Caffe Lieto
Even though days of NYC bottomless brunch are a thing of the past for us, we are determined to find our local go-to brunch spot. Eric got a recommendation from a coworker to try out Caffe Lieto and so off we went.
