Last weekend Eric and I took a stroll in the rain to say goodbye to Seattle’s infamous Gum Wall. Located on Post Alley Road and part of Pike Place Market, today these walls will be power-washed clean for the first time in twenty years. Apparently two decades worth of gum has (or would have) caused structural damage. Don’t worry though! Once the walls are washed clean, visitors will be encouraged to restart this colorful – yet totally unsanitary – tradition yet again. Ha! Hey friends! I can’t believe I’m even saying this but today I celebrate six years at my company! Seems like a lifetime tenure at a company these days. Monochromatic
Oversized sweaters, distressed denim, and booties seem to be my fall uniform this season and I’m loving it! The weather has been fairly unpredictable so I have been dressing in layers, including a coat.
