Weekend getaways are always a breath of fresh air. Something about being away from your everyday life, leaving the work computers behind, and having the freedom to just be. Ahhhhh. Trip to the Mountains
A few weeks ago E and I took a day trip to the beautiful mountain town of Leavenworth, Washington knowing that we wouldn’t see snow during our Christmas trip to the East Coast. It is a few hours drive from the city and a stunning winter view. We heard a lot of buzz around Leavenworth and it did not disappoint. Bainbridge Island
This weekend E and I took a day trip to Bainbridge Island, which is a quick 30 minute ferry ride from Seattle. It was E’s birthday weekend so our visit was solely to have lunch and wine taste. #priorities. At 10 miles long and 5 miles wide, Bainbridge Island is home to seven wineries, one brewery, and one distillery! Total overachievers, amiright?!
